Advanced Cutting Systems is dedicated to the designing and manufacturing of cutting drums. Our drums are used world wide in the road milling and the underground mining industries. The drums we build are custom engineered to your specific cutting conditions.

We supply drums for all models and brands of road milling machines, continuous miners and longwall shearers. Our drums are of the highest quality. We use only certified steel for the drum structure. With multi-pass welds, our heads are able to withstand the most demanding cutting conditions.

The custom designed drums, either new or a reblock, can be incorporated with any block and tool system. Our designs achieve higher production results, smoother cutting action, longer drum life and a lower maintenance cost.

After receiving your drum information, (model, width, cutting diameter, whether it will be a reblock or new, and the block & tool system to be used), we will provide a quote to meet your needs. Then with your approval and purchase order, we will manufacture the drum at our plant located in Windber, Pennsylvania. Our shipping time is 5-8 weeks from the date we receive the purchase order or sooner through prior arrangements.
