Styles of milling drums available are berm cutting, variable width, standard and micro milling. We also build various trench cutter wheels, compactor drums and rollers.

We fabricate new drums and also reblock existing drums.

Milling drum design features:

• certified steel construction
• multi pass welds
• blocks welded to individual drilled and doweled pedestals
• if the blocks sit atop the barrel (no vane scroll), all pedestals are tied together with welds to form a continuous scroll
• all blocks have a minimum of side skew to enhance bit rotation and aid in removal of worn bits
• all internal mounting flanges are line bored to ensure true machine fits

Due to the ACS lacing parameters the milling machine cuts more efficiently with less vibration yielding higher milling rates, which in turn makes your machine operation more profitable.
